Come Home to Yourself

There comes a moment when you realize you're moving through life without really being present for it.

You're checking the boxes. Showing up for everyone else. Building a career, raising a family, managing the endless to-do lists, appointments, emails, and responsibilities that fill your days. Somewhere along the way, you stopped making space for yourself.

For creativity.

For stillness.

For wonder.

For play.

Permission to Play Club retreats are an invitation to pause, not because you've earned it, but because you need it.

Our retreats are thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the kind of meaningful connection that can only happen when we step away from the noise of everyday life. Through creativity, movement, nature, conversation, mindfulness, and shared experiences, we create spaces where you can breathe a little deeper, laugh a little louder, and remember what it feels like to simply be.

You don't have to arrive with artistic talent, the perfect mindset, or everything figured out.

You simply have to arrive.

Why Retreat?

We live in a culture that rewards constant productivity and glorifies being busy. We're always connected, always reachable, always thinking about what's next.

But our minds—and our bodies—were never meant to operate that way.

When we intentionally step away from our routines, something begins to shift. We notice the beauty around us. We reconnect with our creativity. We have conversations that go beyond small talk. We remember what it feels like to move at a slower pace and to experience joy without rushing to the next thing.

A retreat isn't about escaping your life.

It's about returning to it with more clarity, presence, creativity, and connection.

At Permission to Play Club, we believe that creativity isn't frivolous, rest isn't something you have to earn, and meaningful connection is one of the most powerful forms of self-care.

Our retreats are designed to nourish your whole self through gentle movement, creative exploration, time in nature, mindfulness, nourishing food, and authentic community—helping you leave feeling lighter, inspired, and more connected than when you arrived.

Every Permission to Play Club retreat is intentionally different, but each one is rooted in the same philosophy: slowing down, reconnecting, and creating space for joy.

Depending on the retreat, your experience may include:

• Gentle movement & yoga

• Guided meditation & mindfulness

• Creative workshops

• Journaling & reflection

• Nature walks & outdoor adventures

• Wellness experiences

• Meaningful conversation

• Nourishing meals

• Campfires, games & community gatherings

• Time to rest, laugh, and simply be

No pressure.

No perfection.

Just thoughtfully curated experiences designed to help you reconnect, with yourself and with others.
